The Executive Board developed a strategic plan for membership recruitment, initiated service and outreach activities, annual budget and maintenance of current funds, and website development.

All Ohio Counselors' Conference: Outreach
OARTC volunteers conducted a conference booth with a resiliency board, held a yoga wellness hour, and networked with attendees. OARTC Executive Board members and committee chairs presented a variety of sessions.

All Ohio Counselors' Conference: Professional Development
OARTC sponsored a pre-conference session: Trauma-Informed Care from a Multicultural Lens: Infusing Cultural Humility into Counseling Practice, over 75 attendees (school and clinical) participated.
OARTC also launched our first ever Trauma Track certificate program, over 60 attendees participated.
