Professional Development Committee
The mission of this committee is to create, develop, and facilitate trauma-informed professional development activities for our members. We coordinate OARTC webinars and the AOCC Trauma Track Certificate program. We collaborate with other organizations to offer a wide array of educational opportunities focused on resiliency and trauma counseling.
Advocacy & Social Justice Committee
The mission of this committee is to promote equitable and accessible trauma-informed care through awareness-raising initiatives that emphasize social justice and resiliency-building for the individuals and communities we serve. We collaborate with other organizations to promote advocacy and social justice initiatives.
Resource Development Committee
The mission of this committee is to compile and distribute trauma-informed resources for our members and the community. The resources cover a wide range of topics related resiliency and trauma-focused practices. We focus on distributing these resources as widely and efficiently as possible via online formats.
Marketing and Media Committee
The mission of this committee is to promote and maintain marketing and media outlets for our members. We maintain OARTC's social media and website to keep our members updated and informed about events, resources, and advocacy/social justice activities. We also create marketing materials to promote our events.
